Poultry Passport Registration

To register for a Poultry Passport, you must first purchase Poultry Passport credits.  Poultry Passport credits are charged at £20 (plus VAT) and can be purchased by completing an order form, which can be downloaded from here.  When buying credits in bulk, you get extra credits free – for every ten credits you buy you get one extra credit free, up to a total of 20 free.

Your order will be processed and an invoice will be generated by Lantra.  The scheme administrators will then contact you to obtain additional information to complete your registration.
